6 Creative Ways To Announce Your Pregnancy

Here are some creative & fun ways to let know your partner, your family & friends or in your social network about your pregnancy! 🙂

1. BABY ON BOARD

Stick a “Baby on Board” placard to your stomach & ask your partner to check out your tummy 😉

If you know you are carrying twins, stick two placards to add to the fun factor.

2. GO DIGITAL

Click a picture of the pregnancy test kit showing your positive result and share it with your family & friends over e-mail or Whatsapp!

Even more cool, if you had a digital pregnancy kit, that reads “PREGNANT”. Quite different & thoughtful in this modern day of communication.

3. CAKE IT

Write “I’m Pregnant” on a cake and keep that as a surprise dessert for dinner. Your partner & family is definitely gonna be surprised & delighted with the news. Plus you are sharing it with sweets 😛

You can order a cake looking like a bump or a pregnany woman sitting on the cake or pink & blue onesies icing too.

4. READ YOUR WAY

If you or your partner are into reading books, you can buy copies of pregnancy books and hand it to your husband, mentioning this is what you are liking to read these days & he should read them too.

5. SCAN YOUR SCAN

If your parents stay separately in another city or country, mail the ultrasound copy or the photocopy of it to them showing the fetus inside, to surprise them with the news of the baby’s arrival.

Now, don’t get confused! All you need to do is SMS your partner something like this – “Your swimmers have won the race! You can claim the prize in 9 months time. Email now for more details to newcomer@baby.com”

He knows that the message is from you but will wonder why you have sent such a message atleast for sometime! 🙂

I took the pregnancy test strip along with me & woke him up. Told him I can’t read this thermometer and asked him to let me know the reading 😀
